What if you received a damaged, defective or incorrect item? 

If you received a different item from what you purchased or not as described, or if the item arrived damaged or defective, we apologize for the inconvenience! Please email us as soon as you notice the problem and we will remedy the situation. Any images that you may be able to provide of the damaged or defective product will be helpful. 

How may I return a damaged item?

We do our very best to ensure that every item we ship will arrive at its destination in the best possible condition. However, we understand that damages may sometimes occur in transit that are out of our control. Under these circumstances, we will gladly exchange or refund any damaged items so as long as a return request is made within 14 days of receipt of goods. All returns must be authorized prior to return, and any unauthorized returns will be denied and returned to sender. 

What if I’d like to change my order that’s yet to ship?

If your order has yet to ship, please email us if you would like to change your order. Unshipped orders are only eligible for a refund if the purchase was made in error.
